Ravioli with Whipped cream and ham
Ingredients for 4 people:
80 gr. ham ;
20 gr. of butter ;
1 egg ;
400 gr. Fresh puff pastry ;
80 gr. minced meat ;
150 gr. grated Parmesan cheese ;
Salt ;
Pepper ;
Nutmeg.
For the sauce:
200 ml of Pana(cream) ;
150 gr. ham ;
30 gr. of butter ;
Grated Parmesan cheese;
Nutmeg ;
Salt ;
Pepper.
To prepare the filling for ravioli, chopped ham, and put to fry in butter , along with the minced meat . After, go all in a blender, then combining the salt, pepper, nutmeg , Parmesan and egg, and put everything in a blender until mixture is smooth. Roll out the dough (about 0.6 mm thick ) , cut it into squares not very large , put the filling in each loop, cover with another layer of dough and cut into squares using a wheel.
At this point you can prepare the sauce: in a saucepan , put the butter to melt , and when melted, sauté the diced ham. Then , add the cream , pepper and nutmeg. Add salt and cook the ravioli , and then sauté in the pan with the sauce. Complete with a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese .
