MEATLOAF






MEATLOAF


If you cut it in the right way, this meatloaf can also be served as a " starter " or " appetizer " .


Ingredients


  • 350 gr Ground Beef
  • 250 gr Ground Veal
  • 50 gr sausage stuffing
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 100 gr grated Parmesan
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 Bowl of white flour
  • parsley
  • Butter for frying
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Cut the bread into pieces and it place in a bowl , add the milk and allow to soften. In another bowl put the ground beef, a large pinch of salt, parmesan cheese, a little 'pepper , a few leaves of parsley coarsely broken with the hands and the egg.
Squeeze the bread well , add it to the mixture of meat and begin to knead with your hands until the dough is smooth .

Place a large skillet on the stove, add the butter , a tablespoon of oil, and in the meantime prepare the meatloaf .

Pour the flour on a plate or cutting board, take the dough of the flesh, pressatelo good work it with your hands in the form of a loaf of bread and flour it lightly .
Turn up the heat under the pan with the butter and oil and just start smoking , lying gently meatloaf and cook for 2 minutes on each side. In this way, it will form a tasty crust .

Transfer the meatloaf in a baking dish . Add the rosemary , garlic that you have crushed with your hands, sprinkle with a little 'oil and white wine. Put the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for 30 minutes. When it is cooked , transfer the meatloaf to a serving dish, garnish it with rosemary.

Cut it being careful not to break it and garnish it with what you prefer, you can serve it as an appetizer or snack during a party.
