ITALIAN RECIPE : Lasagne Bolognese
Ingredients:
To prepare the sauce
- 150 grams of lean ground beef
- 150 grams of lean ground pork
- 60 grams of chopped bacon
- 60 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 small onion , chopped
- 1 small carrot , chopped
- 1 stalk of celery , chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2-3 tablespoons of warm water or broth
- salt and pepper
lasagnabechamel (White Sauce)
preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and boil salted water in a pot with a tablespoon of olive oil, when the water begins to boil, pour the lasagna , a few at a time, for 3-4 minutes, then take it out and put on a napkin as they are ready . Butter parchment paper or coating with a square baking dish , make a layer with a few tablespoons of sauce and bechamel(white sauce) , cover everything with a layer of lasagne and cover them with plenty of meat sauce, bechamel sauce and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, cover with another layer of lasagne and continues until all the ingredients , ending with a layer of meat sauce, bechamel sauce , parmesan cheese and butter. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven for 20 minutes then remove the aluminum foil and cook for another 30-40 minutes . The lasagna will be ready when the surface will form a golden crust .
