Spaghetti with tomato sauce

Hello friends, 

Italian chefs tell world how to make correct traditional spaghetti 




Spaghetti with tomato sauce: 


  • Ingredients for 2 people 
  • 200 grams of spaghetti 
  • 500 grams of peeled tomatoes 
  • fresh garlic 
  • extra virgin olive oil 
  • salt 
  • fresh basil 



Preparation: 

Allow to brown slightly fresh garlic in the oil in a high and wide. frying pan  
Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes and salt to taste 
Drain the spaghetti when it's cooked, stir in the sauce for a minute 
Serve after adding a drizzle of extra virgin raw and so fresh basil.
