Ingredients:
500 gr of salmon (4 threads);
- 1 Ripe avocado ;
- 120 gr of tomatoes;
- Onion;
- Chopped cilantro;
- 1 Clove of garlic;
- Olive oil;
- Salt q.s. ;
- Pepper to taste.
Preparation
Let's start by joining in a bowl diced tomatoes , chopped onion , a clove of minced garlic , coriander , salt and pepper and diced avocado . Mix with a little olive oil and let get the flavor .heat a frying pan or a cast iron grill and in the meantime, sprinkle the salmon fillets with the remaining salt and pepper. When the pan is hot put the salmon fillets on both sides making them cook for 5 minutes or more , depending on your desire.
Serve the salmon in a serving dish, adding the sauce of tomatoes and avocado.
A freshly prepared dish, its easy to prepare and can be accompanied by a sparkling white wine.
