ITALIAN RECIPE : Lasagne Bolognese

Ingredients:

To prepare the sauce

  • 150 grams of lean ground beef
  • 150 grams of lean ground pork
  • 60 grams of chopped bacon
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 small onion , chopped
  • 1 small carrot , chopped
  • 1 stalk of celery , chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2-3 tablespoons of warm water or broth
  • salt and pepper

preparation:


Heat the oven to 180 degrees and  boil
salted water in a pot  with a tablespoon of olive oil, when the water begins to boil, pour the lasagna , a few at a time, for 3-4 minutes, then take it out and put on a napkin as they are ready . Butter parchment paper or coating with a square baking dish , make a layer with a few tablespoons of sauce and bechamel(white sauce) , cover everything with a layer of lasagne and cover them with plenty of meat sauce, bechamel sauce and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, cover with another layer of lasagne and continues until all the ingredients , ending with a layer of meat sauce, bechamel sauce , parmesan cheese and butter. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven for 20 minutes then remove the aluminum foil and cook for another 30-40 minutes . The lasagna will be ready when the surface will form a golden crust .

ingredients

  • 3 cups flour 00
  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 4 yellow apples

  • 3 eggs

  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 white onions

Simmer for 40 minutes.

Stir the vegetables and garnish with basil. You can eat it hot or cold.

MEATLOAF






MEATLOAF

Ingredients


  • 350 gr Ground Beef
  • 250 gr Ground Veal
  • 50 gr sausage stuffing
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 100 gr grated Parmesan
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 Bowl of white flour
  • parsley
  • Butter for frying
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Cut the bread into pieces and it place in a bowl , add the milk and allow to soften. In another bowl put the ground beef, a large pinch of salt, parmesan cheese, a little 'pepper , a few leaves of parsley coarsely broken with the hands and the egg.
Squeeze the bread well , add it to the mixture of meat and begin to knead with your hands until the dough is smooth .

Place a large skillet on the stove, add the butter , a tablespoon of oil, and in the meantime prepare the meatloaf .

Pour the flour on a plate or cutting board, take the dough of the flesh, pressatelo good work it with your hands in the form of a loaf of bread and flour it lightly .

Spaghetti with tomato sauce

  • Ingredients for 2 people

  • fresh garlic

Preparation:
